We love to highlight young, vibrant designers making a name for themselves in the wedding industry, and today we’ll be talking about the brand, AloNuko (pronounced ah-low-new-co).
British-Nigerian designer Gbemi Okunlola is the creative brain behind AloNuko, a brand that specializes in bespoke women’s bridal fashion. AloNuko wedding dresses are in a class of their own with beautiful embroidery, tulle and just a hint of sparkle that makes every dress a masterpiece.

Though still a young brand, AloNuko has the passion and creativity it takes to be a big name in the bespoke wedding dress industry. The brand showed up heavy at this year’s Lagos Bridal Fashion Week, serving up some really beautiful designs we’re sure will be big in 2019. This is definitely a brand to watch.
